Is this possible biblically?
Yes it is possible. The bible says in the book of Amos 9:2
“Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, whence I bring them down.” – KJV
So it is possible to dig into hell according to the above verse
Dr. Azzacove’s report to a Finnish newspaper
It is said that a man reported to a Finnish newspaper, ammenusastia, that they had dug into hell and recorded the cries of damned souls. The man who reported to the newspaper, Dr. Azzacove, was one of the scientists who were drilling the Kola superdeep borehole in Siberia, Russia at the time the cries were recorded by use of a special microphone designed to detect tectonic plate movements. The microphone was lowered down through the shaft of the drilling equipment.

“As a communist I don’t believe in heaven or the Bible but as a scientist I now believe in hell,” said Dr. Azzacove. “Needless to say we were shocked to make such a discovery. But we know what we saw and we know what we heard. And we are absolutely convinced that we drilled through the gates of hell!“
Dr. Azzacove continued, “. . . the drill suddenly began to rotate wildly, indicating that we had reached a large empty pocket or cavern. Temperature sensors showed a dramatic increase in heat to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.”
“We lowered a microphone, designed to detect the sounds of plate movements down the shaft. But instead of plate movements we heard a human voice screaming in pain! At first we thought the sound was coming from our own equipment.”
“But when we made adjustments our worst suspicions were confirmed. The screams weren’t those of a single human, they were the screams of millions of humans!”

A search in the internet reveals very little about Dr. Azzacove. In the internet you find many people refuting this story and others especially those who believe in the bible supporting it. It is not easy to verify the story except if we can trace Dr. Azzacove or at least some of the scientists who were at the site at the time the event is said to have occurred. Anyone who has not done this should not try to convince us that the story is a mere hoax.
That is why I will also not confirm to you that the story is true or not because I have not met any of these scientists. The verdict is yours.
The sound clip investigated scientifically
A team of investigators from Singapore, known as Singapore paranormal investigators went a step further by investigating whether indeed the cries from the recordings were authentic or faked. They analyzed the sound clip scientifically and concluded that the sounds could be authentic but also could be fake and that it was not possible to conclude that the sounds were from hell or not though it could possibly be. This implies that they did not dismiss the sound clip as fake. If they could have done that, the story could have ended there.
In order to test whether the hell sound clip is authentic or fake the, Kenny, the SPI agent who carried out the experiment, put the sound clips under test by using a sound frequency analysis software program called AnalFreq Spectrum Analyzer Ver.1.8 by
Loyola University, Chicago.
The conclusion made from the experiment is quoted below:
“Our conclusion is, either it is true that the voices are from hell but the souls were shouting constantly at about the same tones, same volume and at about the same intervals, or somebody just mixed several voices to achieve this effect. If the answer were the latter, then he succeeded very well in blending many screams together. But the frequencies are too regular and the tones are too rigid.
So what do you believe, it truly came from hell or somebody is playing a hoax?
We like to hear your opinion.”

Finnish newspaper non-existent!
Searching the internet for the Finnish newspaper called ammenusastia yields no meaningful results except the ones related to recording of sounds from hell. The Wikipedia does not list ammenusastia as one of the newspapers in Finland. This renders a big blow to the credibility of the story. But does this mean that the story is false?
Non-existence of a newspaper called ammenusastia cannot lead us to conclude that the sounds were not actually recorded. According to some websites the original story did not appear first in this newspaper. The fact that it cannot be found on the internet is not a proof that it was not in existence around 1989 when the story started circulating.
Consider the following story. Though the author calls the recording of the sounds a hoax, it can give you an idea of how the story spread:
“though it is impossible to pinpoint when the news story about a well in Russia transformed into a story about scientists breaking into hell or who was responsible for that transformation, we do know that in 1989, the trinity broadcasting network(TBN) aired a “scientists discover hell” story and placed the event as happening in the Kola Peninsula. A Norwegian school teacher visiting California heard that broadcast and took the story back to Norway with him. He then mailed it to a Christian magazine in Finland. In the form of letter from a reader, it reached a Finnish missionaries newsletter. From there it returned to the united states reaching both the TBN people (once again) and other evangelists who then claimed they had gotten it from a respected Finnish scientific journal.”

Apparition seen after recording of the sounds!
The Norwegian teacher is said to have added some “salt” to the story but this really does not matter very much to us because it is well documented that he did it deliberately and maliciously. He added that an apparition was seen in Russia after the sounds of hell were recorded. It is said that he did this deliberately. This could have created more confusion and could have made the story look more incredible. The Wikipedia reports about the teacher as follows
“Åge Rendalen, a Norwegian teacher, disgusted with what he perceived to be mass gullibility, decided to augment the tale at TBN’s expense.[2] Having heard the original story on TBN during a visit to the US, he wrote to the network, originally claiming that he disbelieved the tale but, upon his return to Norway, supposedly read a “factual account” of the story.[1] According to Rendalen, the “story” claimed not only that the cursed well was real, but that a bat-like apparition had risen out of it before blazing a trail across the Russian sky.
Rendalen deliberately mistranslated a trivial Norwegian article about a local building inspector and submitted both the original story and the “translation” to TBN, along with a letter which included his real name, phone number, and address, as well as those of a pastor friend who knew about the hoax and had agreed to expose it to anyone who called seeking verification.

The 20000F (10930C) temperature
This temperature, as indicated in the article that appeared in the newspaper on sounds of hell, differs from what the scientists who dug the Kola Superdeep borehole, are said to have recorded. According to Wikipedia, the temperatures reached 3560F and this was too high for the equipment to continue working economically.
Do we reject the story because of this difference? I do not think so. It may be true that in the process of circulating the story, it got distorted in one way or another. A good example is when the Norwegian teacher described above added that an apparition was seen in Russia after the recording of the sounds.
In my own view, even if this part of the story on temperature is wrong, it does not provide enough ground for the dismissal of the story as a whole.
Moreover, what actually the scientists reported is that the temperatures became higher than expected at that depth of the earth. They also made a discovery of other anomalies like mud boiling with hydrogen. The high temperature made them abandon digging the borehole because it could have made drilling prohibitively expensive. Temperatures in hell are very high and some of those who have gone to hell and back have reported seeing souls immersed in boiling mud. It seems the scientists literally drilled to hell!
However, note that the centre of the earth is much hotter than 20000F.

It is not possible to directly measure the temperature at the centre of the Earth and four thousand degrees is nothing more than our most well-established piece of guesswork to date. Most modern calculations rely on the fact that we believe the inner core to be made up of iron and nickel that is just about at melting point. It is under a lot of pressure, which prevents it from melting, even at such high temperatures. There is also a lot of evidence regarding how the outer core of the Earth convects and that helps to establish the temperature. However, recently British scientists have suggested that the temperature of the Earth’s core may in fact be as high as the surface of the Sun, so the question is still open.

JUST WHAT IS KOLA SUPER DEEP BOREHOLE?

The centre of the earth is estimated to be about 40000c hot. The distance to the centre of the earth is estimated to be 6,378km. Molten rock (magma) is said to be found 3000km from the surface of the earth. However, scientists drilling the Kola Superdeep borehole, the world’s deepest, found boiling mud at just 12.62km down the surface of the earth, an anomaly that scientists have not been able to explain. Hell could be located not very far from the earth’s surface.
The following article from Wikipedia describes what Kola super deep borehole is. One of the remarkable things you read here is that the scientists did in fact discover strange things below the surface of the earth one of them being as stated in the article in the words quoted below
“Another unexpected discovery was the large quantity of hydrogen gas, with the mud flowing out of the hole described as “boiling” with hydrogen”.
In other words they discovered boiling mud, as described by some of those who went to hell and back. It was much unexpected of them to discover a thing of this nature at such depths of the earth. Note that probably it is at this stage that they stopped drilling which also seems to be the stage described by Dr. Azzacove where they recorded the cries of the damned souls.
At the end of this article the writer says that there has been a “well to hell hoax” but does not tell us why he considers it to be a hoax.
Again the verdict is yours as to the validity of the recording of cries of the damned souls in Kola super deep borehole.

The Kola Superdeep Borehole (Russian: Кольская сверхглубокая скважина) is the result of a scientific drilling project of the former USSR. The project attempted to drill as deep as possible into the Earth’s crust. Drilling began on 24 May 1970 on the Kola Peninsula, using the Uralmash-4E, and later the Uralmash-15000 series drilling rig. A number of boreholes were drilled by branching from a central hole. The deepest, SG-3, reached 12,262 metres (40,230 ft) in 1989, and is the deepest hole ever drilled, and the deepest artificial point on the earth.[1]
Deepest borehole record
The deep core-drilled Kola borehole cannot be directly compared with any other borehole in the world [clarification needed]. The longest borehole record was established in May 2008 by the extended-reach drilling (ERD) well BD-04A drilled by Transocean for Maersk oil in the Al Shaheen oil field in Qatar. This ERD well was drilled to a record measured length of 12,289 metres (40,320 ft) including a record horizontal reach of 10,902 metres (35,770 ft) in only 36 days.[2]
Drilling
The initial target depth was set at 15,000 m (49,000 ft). On 6 June 1979, the world depth record held by the Bertha Rogers hole in Washita County, Oklahoma at 9,583 m (31,440 ft)[3] was broken. In 1983, the drill passed 12,000 m (39,000 ft), and drilling was stopped for about a year to celebrate the event.[4] This idle period may have contributed to a break-down on 27 September 1984: after drilling to 12,066 m (39,587 ft), a 5,000 m (16,000 ft) section of the drill string twisted off and was left in the hole. Drilling was later restarted from 7,000 m (23,000 ft).[4] The hole reached 12,262 m (40,230 ft) in 1989. In that year the hole depth was expected to reach 13,500 m (44,300 ft) by the end of 1990 and 15,000 m (49,000 ft) by 1993.[5][6] (The longest hole ever drilled is the 12,290 m (40,320 ft) Maersk Oil BD-04A well at Al-Shaheen field in Qatar, but the Maersk hole was primarily horizontal.[7]) However, due to higher than expected temperatures at this depth and location, 180 °C (356 °F) instead of expected 100 °C (212 °F), drilling deeper was deemed unfeasible and the drilling was stopped in 1992.[4] With the expected further increase in temperature with increasing depth, drilling to 15,000 m (49,000 ft) would have meant working at a projected 300 °C (570 °F), at which the drill bit would no longer work.
Research
The Kola borehole penetrated about a third of the way through the Baltic continental crust, presumed to be around 35 kilometres (22 mi) deep, reaching rocks of Archaean age (greater than 2.5 billion years old) at the bottom.[8] The project has been a site of extensive geophysical studies. The stated areas of study were the deep structure of the Baltic Shield; seismic discontinuities and the thermal regime in the Earth’s crust; the physical and chemical composition of the deep crust and the transition from upper to lower crust; lithospheric geophysics; and to create and develop technologies for deep geophysical study.
To scientists, one of the more fascinating findings to emerge from this well is that the change in seismic velocities was not found at a boundary marking Harold Jeffreys‘s hypothetical transition from granite to basalt; it was at the bottom of a layer of metamorphic rock that extended from about 5 to 10 kilometers beneath the surface. The rock there had been thoroughly fractured and was saturated with water, which was surprising. This water, unlike surface water, must have come from deep-crust minerals and had been unable to reach the surface because of a layer of impermeable rock.[9]
Another unexpected discovery was the large quantity of hydrogen gas, with the mud flowing out of the hole described as “boiling” with hydrogen.[10](bolded and italicized for emphasis)
Current status
The site is currently controlled by the State Scientific Enterprise on Superdeep Drilling and Complex Investigations in the Earth’s Interior (GNPP Nedra) as the Deep Geolaboratory. As of 2003[update], the deepest active bore, SG-5, is 8,578 m (28,143 ft) and with a 214 mm (8.4 in) diameter.
The project was closed down in late 2005 due to lack of funding. All the drilling and research equipment was scrapped and site abandoned since 2008[11].
Similar projects
The United States had embarked on a similar project in 1957, dubbed Project Mohole, which was intended to penetrate the shallow crust under the Pacific Ocean off Mexico. However, after some initial drilling, the project was abandoned in 1966 due to lack of funding. This failure inspired great successes of the Deep Sea Drilling Project, Ocean Drilling Program, and the present Integrated Ocean Drilling Program.
Well to Hell
This hoax states that a borehole in Siberia drilled into Hell and the voices of the Damned could be heard. The hoax has been circulating through the internet since at least 1997. It became well known after the Trinity Broadcasting Network played the voices on the radio. Trinity Broadcasting Network picked up the story from a Finnish news paper.

Conclusion
It is important to note that if hell is indeed located in the centre of the earth according to what people who have gone there and come back say and according to what the bible indicates, then it is possible to dig into it.
The bible at least has one verse that seems to support the possibility of digging into hell. According to the following verse, for hell you dig and for heaven you climb. That confirms that hell is inside the earth for we normally dig towards the centre of the earth.
Amos 9:2
“Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, whence I bring them down.” – KJV
However, as I had said before, we cannot confirm or deny that the cries of the damned souls were recorded by the scientists but know that it is possible to dig into hell. Hell exists and it is real. It is a place of eternal torment for those who refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their savior. It is only through accepting Jesus as our Saviour that we can avoid going to hell.

Aaron you just proved the hypocrisy of atheists by labeling and placing judgement of Christians. Something brought you to this article. Was it the fear of death and what lies ahead? You should be afraid of death if you keep fighting God because Hell awaits. The fact that this could or could not be a hoax is not the point among the several Christians on this page. It is written in the bible long before scientist ever existed. According to Buddhism there are Heavens & Hell. People will reborn like any animal, any human, any god, any devil or any ghost according to what they done in thier lifetime, or previous birth cycles. This is going continously untill nibbana. According to Buddhisma Universe not created by anybody or any god. Everything is the nature. Gods, Devils or ghosts also have a mass, Size, and body like humans. But those are not in our visual range or hearing range of frequensies. According my knowlege they have law density bodies like Clouds & they are getting food as a smell (Smell is a small particles getting by nose). They have different size bodies according to their ranges. So Hell may be truth. Different size (May be Nano Sizes or very big sizes) ghosts are suffering in different places in earth according to their previous kamma. According to buddhism Hell is the most bad place (high temperature) that ghosts are suffering too much. I think people can hear their sounds if have a equipment to translate various sound levels ( dB ranges) to normal sound levels. Also people can see them by very sensitive cameras. But I do not know above hell sound a reall sound. Because I was not there when they dug the earth.

there’s hope when you put your trust on Christ and not on your works. Jesus Christ is the only who has the power to save. Jesus defeated death, hell, and satan when He died on the Cross of Calvary. He arose triumphantly and He is now in Heaven interceding in our behalf. There’s no more holy of holies because of Christ’s work of redemption at the Cross.

I also believe the Bible 100%–hence, if one believes in Jesus, then the book containing His biography that reveals us who He is, MUST be true. What else do we need?
Well in case we need more, here is this: Jacob had a “dance” with Him and got beat up, Isaiah, David, and other men talked about Him–WAY– before He was incarnated. Jesus himself referred back to them and their writing during His preaching while on earth; and that same Jesus, told us the story about Lazarus, Abraham (Jacob’s grandfather), and the rich man, and how this last beg for water and for someone to let his brothers know about that cruel place.
I personally didn’t need more proof; however it is delightful to be able to refer back to more than a thousand years before Christ was born, and be able to see and hear about Him, there through those scriptures! That in essence is History! So, there is no doubt in my mind that hell exists, just as death, life and heaven, are real—after all, God himself told us is does.
Now, this recording is impressive, and at the same time makes, some people feel skeptical about the genuinely of the tapes, etc… However, I have a suggestion…
Folks, this just happened less than three decades ago… Unless these people were in their 70’s or 80’s when they performed this drilled; or die early for whatever reason; they still alive, and probably available to tell the story to the world. Who were these people, and where are they these days? I think is worth the effort to find them and interview them live, probably on TBN or other national radio stations.
That would “zero” the doubts and would clarify in this era, if what is said they heard is in fact something they back up. What are their names? Are they Christians now? What happened to the doctor? What was the apparatus they put down the hole to record the sounds? Are there original tapes? Where is the drill? Who sponsored the experiment in the first place, as we learned that they were not looking for hell, they just bumped into it on their way…
Technology is too advanced for us to just sit here and wonder if this is or not true… The World used to be rounded, but now a days, the World is “flat…” We have VTCs, capabilities now… and even criminals can run, but they cannot hide any longer. So, what’s the holdup…?

Scary, I have similiar things happen to me, just hearing screams like the crazy sounds of hell type of thingy…..Even though over the years (18 btw) I seen many hate, everything, I may have lost faith long ago, but maybe you do repay the things we have done. not quckly but over time, years among years then “If’ your done then “Maybe” you get another chance But I’m having trouble believing in it. I am very sorry for you. You have done a good thing to speak about your problem here. You are not alone. I had a younger father who could hear voices whose source he could not know. Normally such scary voices which sometimes can direct someone to do or not to do certain things come from demons. Such voices also come with a lot of lies because the devil is the father of lies.
The only solution to such a problem is Jesus alone and no one else. You do not have to suffer for sins you committed in the past because Jesus died for all our sins. receive him and live in him. His blood will protect you. Your sins will be completely forgiven and God will remember them no more. Find a pastor near you and let him advice you on what to do. Such a pastor should lead you into a prayer of salvation. Then you should join a church where you associate with other brethren. This will help you grow in your newly found faith. Read the word of God and give testimony about your salvation. Do not keep quiet about your salvation because the bible says we overcome the devil by our testimony and by the blood of Jesus Christ(revelation 12:11)
My younger sister had a similar problem which affected her for a short while. The voice, which could not be heard by others, once told her that she must not speak out about what was happening to her lest she be killed. By faith I prayed for my sister and rebuked the demon and she was delivered. Glory be to God.
Also, a neighbour of mine could hear strange voices at night that prevented him from sleeping. They were so scary that he fled his small house to go and live in his parents house. His house and that of his parents were in the same compound but nobody could hear those voices except himself. For us neighbors we could hear the man screaming at night due to the voices he claimed scared him pretty badly. One day, I went to him and talked to him about Jesus Christ. He accepted him as his saviour. I rebuked the demon and from that time onwards, he did not experience the problem again. Glory be to Jesus once again.
However, my younger father, whom I have mentioned earlier on, probably was never delivered and I am afraid he died in that condition. I once preached to him and he got saved but he could not continue in salvation for reasons not exactly known to me. Eventually the problem deteriorated so much that he separated with his wife and sent away all his children so that he remained alone in a home that had been jovial and very lively. He could say that his brothers and other family members were planning to kill him. As a result he hated them intensively. He eventually passed away while still living alone.
As for your case, there is still a lot of hope because you have spoken out and Jesus cares for you. By speaking out, you have invited Jesus to start working on your case. May he be with you in all your endeavors. May he lead you as you seek for truth and love. May he lead you to a man of God who can direct you and advice you on what to do. God bless you so much.

I would like to ask you if you can provide the names of those “people” who claim to have “evidence” that Jesus was, “simply a messenger from God…” or if you can guide us where to find it. Otherwise your argument is like making a weather forecast based on a hunch instead of real data…
However, since I am suggesting you provide proof of your argument, I am going to briefly do so myself. Beginning with the book of Genesis, Jesus was involved with creation if you notice when the Father says, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (Genesis 1:26) Later, God promised Abraham, He would bless the world from his seed (his descendents). God also promised Abraham that would bless those who blessed Abraham and his seed; however, God himself would curse those who would dare to curse Abraham and/or his seed. The families of the earth would be blessed in Abraham – also promised the Lord. God hasn’t and never will, back out of His promises. To this date, He has done as He said He would. The U.S. is in the world position we are because we have being blessing Israel directly and indirectly. If we keep it up, God will always bless this land – if we keep it up. Therefore, we are a living example of God’s promise to Abraham – so look no further.
The last part of that promise is referring to Jesus. Thus, the fulfillment of that promise is the Christ or the Messiah who not only died for us, but resurrected from death on the third day. How do we know that? Well some of the references found in the Old Testament containing the data are: Psalm 22:16-18; Isaiah 7:14; 9:6; 50:6 and the whole Chapter 53; Daniel 9; Micah 5:2; Zechariah 9:9; 12:10. Not to mention that the theme in the New Testament from the beginning to Apocalypse or Revelation is Jesus. If I was to give you biblical reference, this comment would be too long. However, let’s take John 3:16 for example. God the Father gives His Son to die for the world. Then obviously, He did not come down Himself otherwise the Bible would say “the Father came and die for us…” Whether people accept that or not is a prerogative of their own. However, it is written and it makes the distinction between the Father and the Son. It clearly says “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”. Now friend, not everyone is going to believe. However, “…whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”. Again, a matter of choice and very personal – “whoever”. No one can force you to believe. Believe if you want. You are responsible for your own acts, and you should carry your own consequences, just be sure what your are deciding for is the truth. Never mind us. We will have to answer for my own mistakes.
Thousands of years before His birth, and thousands of years after His ascension to heaven, humanity talks about, sings to, praises, remembers, adores, blesses His name. Thousands of Christians die every year, and we continue to preach no matter what the threat is. Do you really think people would die preaching the Gospel of Jesus if it wasn’t true? All of His disciples died standing their grounds even though they knew they were going to be slain for preaching His name. When it came the time for Peter, he just asked to “be crucified with his head down”, when he could just have denied Jesus and live… What about Paul who used to persecute the Church and then became part of it after Jesus appeared to him on his way to Damascus? Did you know that after a while, he also got killed for calling Jesus – God? He had the power to kill the followers of Jesus, but instead he becomes one of them on his way to kill them… How incongruous… Did you know that this man Paul wrote most of the New Testament? Yeah of course, “some people have evidence that Jesus was just a mere messenger…” That’s the first messenger I know to have to pay instead of being paid…
Accepting Jesus as God is the same as loving your neighbor – no one can force you to do so. It is a decision one has to make individually, thus individually one will have to answer God some day for not doing so. Good luck with giving Him excuses on that day… Adam and Eve already tried that and it didn’t work for them… You may be thinking the same you thought when you made your comment to the writer of this article, however, we are all using the Bible as our reference and are giving you the place to look and find what we are talking about. Like I said, the New Testament talks about Jesus from the beginning to the end, so please, be my guest and start reading about Him as you please. The good thing about study Bibles these days is the cross reference they have so one can check and double check what one is reading. It is up to you to take the time to study the Bible and not just read it. We are giving you the evidence to believe. Where is your evidence for us not to worship Him? Can you prove it or are you just repeating rumors you heard “somewhere…?” Jesus said He was in search of true worshipers, and for that, one has to repent, be converted, baptized and believe in the Son. After that the Holy Spirit takes charge of the rest and convinces you of the Truth. It’s a spiritual world and our human minds would never understand the mysteries of God, so don’t try to reason in a human way… Let the Holy Spirit guide you and all your questions will be answered. The decision is yours to make. As the saying, “the ball is in your court”.

He is the only person to have lived a perfect human life (Hebrews 4:15). He is the only sacrifice for sin (1 John 2:2; Hebrews 10:26). He alone fulfilled the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 5:17). He is the only man to have conquered death forever (Hebrews 2:14–15). He is the only Mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). He is the only man whom God has “exalted . . . to the highest place” (Philippians 2:9).
Jesus spoke of Himself as the only way to heaven in several places besides John 14:6. He presented Himself as the object of faith in Matthew 7:21–27. He said His words are life (John 6:63). He promised that those who believe in Him will have eternal life (John 3:14–15). He is the gate of the sheep (John 10:7); the bread of life (John 6:35); and the resurrection (John 11:25). No one else can rightly claim those titles.
The apostles’ preaching focused on the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Peter, speaking to the Sanhedrin, clearly proclaimed Jesus as the only way to heaven: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). Paul, speaking to the synagogue in Antioch, singled out Jesus as the Savior: “I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin” (Acts 13:38–39). John, writing to the church at large, specifies the name of Christ as the basis of our forgiveness: “I am writing to you, dear children, because your sins have been forgiven on account of his name” (1 John 2:12). No one but Jesus can forgive sin.
Eternal life in heaven is made possible only through Christ. Jesus prayed, “Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent” (John 17:3). To receive God’s free gift of salvation, we must look to Jesus and Jesus alone. We must trust in Jesus’ death on the cross as our payment for sin and in His resurrection. “This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe” (Romans 3:22).
At one point in Jesus’ ministry, many of the crowd were turning their backs on Him and leaving in hopes of finding another savior. Jesus asked the Twelve, “Do you want to go away as well?” (John 6:67, ESV). Peter’s reply is exactly right: “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life, and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God” (John 6:68–69, ESV). May we all share Peter’s faith that eternal life resides only in Jesus Christ.

What was Jesus’ message to the church in Laodicea in Revelation?
The seventh and final letter to the churches of ancient Asia Minor is to the church in the city of Laodicea. This last message is found in Revelation 3:14-22. Laodicea was a wealthy, industrious city in the province of Phrygia in the Lycos Valley.
The message is from the Lord Jesus Christ via an angel or messenger (likely a reference to the church’s pastor): “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write . . .” (Revelation 3:14). This was not simply John’s message to those in Laodicea; it was a message from the Lord. Jesus identifies Himself thus: “The Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation.” These titles emphasize the Lord’s faithfulness, sovereignty, and power to bring all things to their proper completion (the “Amen”).
In contrast to the other six churches, the Laodicean church has nothing to commend it. Jesus begins the message with condemnation: “I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked” (Revelation 3:15-17). Jesus emphasizes their “lukewarm,” apathetic nature three times. As a result of their ambivalence to spiritual things, Jesus would have nothing to do with them. He would “spit them out,” as the people of Laodicea would spit out the tepid water that flowed from the underground aqueducts to their city. With their apathy came a spiritual blindness; they claimed to be rich, blessed and self-sufficient. Perhaps they were rich in material things. But, spiritually, the Laodiceans were in a wretched, pitiful condition, made all the worse in that they could not see their need. This was a church filled with self-deceived hypocrites.
Jesus calls the Laodicean church to repent of its sin: “I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see” (Revelation 3:18). Their material wealth had no eternal benefit, so Jesus commands them to come to Him for true, spiritual riches (see Isaiah 55:1-2). Only Christ can supply an everlasting inheritance, clothe us in righteousness, and heal our spiritual blindness.
Jesus then notes His concern for His church in Laodicea: “Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent. Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:19-20). His rebuke is not born of animosity but of love. “The Lord disciplines those he loves” (Hebrews 12:6). The desired response to God’s reproof was zealous change and true repentance.
Verse 20 is often used as an evangelistic appeal, yet its original context communicates Christ’s desire for fellowship with His lukewarm church in Laodicea. The church is nominally Christian, but Christ Himself has been locked out. Rather than turn His back on them, He knocks, seeking someone to acknowledge the church’s need and open the door. If they would repent, Jesus would come in and take His rightful place in the church. He would share a meal with them, a Middle Eastern word picture speaking of closeness of relationship.
Jesus then makes a promise to the believers in Laodicea: “To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne” (Revelation 3:21). The “overcomer” refers to any believer, and the promise is that he will share Christ’s future kingdom.
In summary, the church at Laodicea had become apathetic in their love for Christ. They were allowing “the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things [to] come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful” (Mark 4:19). Christ called them to repent and live zealously for Him, to “choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve” (Joshua 24:15). The Lord Jesus issues the same call to those who say they follow Him today.

I read somewhere that the Quran says all muslims must enter hell( Q. 19:71-72.). I know the verse is controversial but it is good to think twice about it. If it is true indeed that all Muslims must enter hell, then it is high time you crossed over to Christianity and receive Jesus as your savior for his is the only way to heaven. The Buddhist concept of heaven and hell is entirely different from that in other religions. Buddhists do not accept that these places are eternal. It is unreasonable to condemn a man to eternal hell for his human weakness but quite reasonable to give him every chance to develop himself. From the Buddhist point of view, those who go to hell can work themselves upward by making use of the merit that they had acquired previously. There are no locks on the gates of hell. In certain places there is more suffering than pleasure while in some other places there is more pleasure than suffering.
Buddhists believe that after death rebirth can take place in any one of a number of possible existences. This last thought which determines the next existence results from the past actions of a man either in this life or before that. Hence, if the predominant thought reflects meritorious action, then he will find his future existence in a happy state. Heaven is a temporary place where those who have done good deeds experience more sensual pleasures for a longer period. Hell is another temporary place where those evil doers experience more physical and mental suffering. It is not justifiable to believe that such places are permanent. There is no god behind the scene of heaven and hell. Each and every person experiences according to his good and bad kamma. Buddhist never try to introduce Buddhism by frightening people through hell-fire or enticing people by pointing to paradise. Their main idea is character building and mental training. Buddhists can practise their religion without aiming at heaven or without developing fear of hell.

I do not understand why Christians feel the need to prove that God is real. As a Christian I don’t need a possibly real (most likely fake) recording of Hell to know that God, heaven and hell, exist. If someone chooses to not believe, then they have that right, and I am not to judge them for it.
I find it comical that the doctor states, ‘As a Communist, I do not believe in heaven.’ as if communism is a religious belief. Communism is a political ideology, not a religion, so why is one a basis for the other?
These stories cause me great angst with regards to religious publications and networks, because I feel that many of them do prey on weaker Christians that need constant reassurance or constant evidence supporting their faith.
I’ve been saved for almost 10 years and have trusted Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior; I’ve also heard that someone has already found the Ark of the Covenant with Jesus’s blood on it, which ratifies the new covenant with the old. This may further prove that Heaven and hell are both real and that the Bible is true; it can be trusted. You people believe stories like this without any real evidence? When there is evidence even proving otherwise? I wonder why there are so many people who mock Christians…… Seriously though, Christianity is nothing but the largest cult in the world. A guy named Jesus claimed to be the messiah that the Jews were waiting for. He fulfilled none of the messianic prophecies. Not one. So they rejected him just as they rejected many others before and after him who claimed the same. The Torah, also known as the “old testament”, never mentions him. Anyone who says otherwise is reading a mistranslation (such as the KJV) and I urge them to read the Masoretic Text or at least the JPS translation. The book of revelation, written on the island of Patmos, is a mystical book that is not meant to be taken at face value. It’s a codex of sorts. There is undeniable proof that it has been altered from the original version to fit into the Christian New Testament. This Christians version of hell that people worry their whole life over is a crock of shit, quite frankly.
You need to read the bible more carefully. Or at least do some research on the whole concept of Christianity. And if you can’t believe the bible, then research on the miracles that are happening in the world today and you will know the truth and be set free
I read the Torah DAILY. Christians and Christian scholars are the ones whom haven’t even began to understand the Torah. It is thanks to these “scholars” who so eloquently translated the KJV that people misunderstand the Torah and mispronounce the Name of HaShem. The KJV of the Torah is just awful. The translations are so bad in spots that it completely takes away from the meanings of entire chapters and hence the whole book. I have done plenty of careful research and jeshua, jesus, or whetever name you want to call him, was not and is not the Mashiach. The word mashiach is something that jesus himself and/or the people writing his story they simply misunderstood. IF he had been G-D incarnate, would he have not shown the Israelites and proved this to them just as HaShem had done on Mt. Sinai? He, in fact, did the exact opposite. When he fulfilled NONE of the prophecies, the Children of Israel knew that he was no mashiach. Simple magic tricks that he performed proved nothing. In fact, it appears that Simon Magus may have performed even more plentiful and more elaborate sorcery but you don’t see anyone calling him the mashiach now do you? They did at one time. There was a sect of Samaritans known as the Simonians. They learned the hard way, just as Christians will, that sorcery proves no connection with the Divine. MAYBE it is YOU who should do more research because YOU are the one calling a human being a god. Every religious Jew knows the signs that the mashiach has arrived and know that he hasn’t. You are relying on miracles that are happening? Why does that have to lead to there being a demi-god known as jesus ruling the universe???? Stop chasing the “son” and go after the Father.

I speak Spanish and English. If what you claim was true, then only the KJV would be the only translation with the “discrepancies” you mentioned. However, the Spanish versions although translated by Spanish speakers directly from the original manuscripts say the same as the KJV. Since, I was a child I have had so many near death experiences as well as visions of both Heaven and Hell..There was an experience of going to Hell ..I remember this so cleary…I was in a vacant mall going up the escalator and I noticed a man in a beige cloak and burgandy sash around his waist in front of me also on the escalator before I knew it there was a extrodinarily loud sound on both sides of the escalator then I heard screaming and I looked (tears), and saw people pushing arms and legs everywhere…faces destorted and melting and screaming”Help Me! ” Satan was laughing in the background…OMG, I realized I was in Hell and I said to the gentleman, “Wait A Minute Why Am I Here…! I Didn’t Do Anything!!! The gentleman(Jesus), turned around to me and calmly said,” I Know.. You Are To Go Back And Tell People That… “HELL IS REAL!”

I like the idea of climbing to heaven too, space seems like an easy place to find heaven in. Even though I believe in both of these places, there is no way of ever reaching them without God. This is a hoax, the bible is not.
God knows man is curious, He made us, to share in His knowledge and creation. We fell though, and I think it is important to use the gifts given to show He can not lie to us, and prove the promises He has for us if we will trust in His Son. Yes we all trust due to faith, but then there is the learning process, and this is one of the truths the Holy Spirit is showing. It is absolutely ok to prove God through science, after all Satan is using it to mock Him and drag many to hell with him. Whether the story is true or not, it is meant to trigger thoughts about hell. It is meant to provoke someone somewhere to think about hell. So as I had said before, I have not made any conclusion on whether the story is true or not. It is upon the reader to make his/her own conclusion. However, I concur with you that kola superdeep borehole is indeed not in Siberia but in kola Peninsula though both places are in Russia. But still we do not know whether cries of damned souls were recorded there or not. May be one day we shall know!

know the sins you have done. have you ever lied? have you stole something that was not yours? even something little like someones little things. have you ever committed Adultery? looked at someone in the wrong way, like even checking them out? have you ever worshiped false idols? it doesnt have to be a god, but it could be you favorite singer, or something you adore. have you ever murdered anymore? and it doesnt have to be physical but it could be mentally with your words, like insulting someone, etc. If you have said yes to any of these things then you are a sinner. but thats ok, everyone sins, it says in the bible “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” everyone sins, even the best Christians you can find, everyone but Jesus of course. it also says in the bible that sinners go to hell, but thats why jesus came to earth, to die for our sins, he paid for every last sin that you have so you dont have to die and go to hell. BUT jesus told us “no man should enter the kingdom of heaven BUT by me” how do you do that? you bow down you head and pray asking for forgiveness of your sins and ask the lord to come in to your heart and save you. you can put this in your own words. and thats all you have to do. after that, you obey they lord, talk to him daily because he is always there for you and he is your friend. read your bible everyday. BUT remember even saved people sin. but if you do just ask god to forgive you for what you have done and he will forgive you. and ask him to help you to not do it again. and remember, god knows your heart, so try not to keep sinning and asking forgiveness right after to do it again later. 🙂

Whether or not the recording is real doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is Jesus. One person on here said to chase the Father not The SON. But the Father specifically said if you deny my SON you deny me. Jesus said if you deny me I will too deny you in front of my Father. In fact Jesus said none can get to the father except through me. You also can’t forget the Holy Spirit. They all make up the Trinity. The Spirit is your guide and if he was really with you, you would know to exalt the Son as our King and Champion of Heaven, thus acknowledging the Father. Thus bringing it back to one of my favorite questions in the new testament that Jesus asked; have none of you read the scriptures, if you had you would know that my coming was prophesied…. that the works you see me and shall see me have been prophesied. See Jesus is the light the truth and the way. No one gets to the Father except through him. Whether you believe in it or not is up to you. But in the end you’ll still have to face it. And when you read this don’t listen to your heart for the Bible says it is wicked. Fine-tune your spirit with the Word of GOD and build your relationship with Jesus, The Spirit, and ultimately the Father, remembering that all three are one. I AM

I really believe that hell is real and the Lord allowed this sounds to be recorded to prove to mankind it’s true existence to save them from coming to this place of torment . People who doesn’t want to prove the existence of God and the reality of this place will try to disprove it but hopefully they don’t have to be in this place in the end before acknowledging the truth and mislead a lot of people to come to this place .
I think it was Hoax, to try and show America up during the technology race. As a Christian, I believe that God doesn’t want us finding out answers like this. But through seeking him instead. I also believe the muddy substance to be a couple billion years old… and that probably doesn’t fit your Christian ideology. But it’s really about faith, not facts. It would be cool if it was true.
